What is a Member?
Becoming a Member allows you to make money by referring 3900income community. You will earn $1 of members directly referred by you and $1 on each of 4 additional "Levels" of Members. Check the "Show me more" link to know more.
I don't want to SELL anything. That said, how do I earn income?
That is the beauty of our Community. YOU don't have to sell anything, WE just have an ideology on wealth distribution and "spread the word". Just enter the names and email addresses of the people you know personally online, and we'll send a personalized email to them, from YOU, which directs them to our community site. If you prefer, you can alternatively send them directly to your 3900income link, which will be identical to the one you are looking at right now, but tracked to YOU, so you get the credit for all sign ups.
(PLEASE NOTE: Using our automated form requires pre-existing contact with those you choose to invite. We follow and STRICTLY ENFORCE A ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding unsolicited SPAM emails - so make sure that you have had prior communication with anyone you decide to invite).
How can I see who signed up under me and how much commissions are owed to me?
You will have 24/7 access to REAL TIME REPORTING on all hits to your agent WebSite, all trials placed, and all active members, as well as complete downline reporting, selectable by layer (1 through 5), and all current and past commissions due to you. You will also have contact information for your DOWNLINE (network) members, so you may email them and tell them of your successful experiences.
Why do I have (example) 23 people in my downline and only (example) $3 in commissions?
You receive $1 for each active member. The downline page shows active and inactive members. So you have 3 active members and 20 inactive (member stays inactive until he reactivates his account)..
When are the montly payouts?
Payouts are in the first week of each month.
As I was signing up for 3900 through my sponsor, I tried to sign up with Alert Pay or Paypal and my computer crashed. When I tried to sign back in, it wouldn't take my information. Can you help me get this resolved?
Just click the "reactivate member" on our home page and write your membership sign up email. Then you will be sent to the payment page. After payment your account becomes active.
As an Affiliate, do I need to send in any paperwork?
No.
What is the "Invite" section, and how do I use it?
The Invite section allows you to send customized emails to prospects, which must be people with whom you have had prior contact. Please note, we will not tolerate Spam of any kind from our Members. Violation of our Spam policy will result in immediate and permanent deactivation of your account without reimbursement.
What is an "Upline?"
Your upline is comprised of the people through which you were referred to our Community. Your upline can be a valuable source of information for networking and brainstorming ways to increase your revenue.
What is a "Downline?"
Your downline is comprised of the people who were referred to our Community through you. The people in your downline represent those for which you will earn commissions for donations they make. Information in your downline is updated in real time so you always have the latest details available to you, 24/7.
How can I use the banners?
Banners allow you to place advertisements on your WebSites promoting our Community. You will earn money whenever memberships are made with us by people who clicked on your banners.
What are the hit logs?
The hit logs allow you to see how much traffic your members links are generating. They will show you the date and time, the IP address, and the referring URL.
How do I earn commissions?
It's simple. You earn commissions for any membership referred through your affiliate link up to five levels deep.
How often will I receive commissions?
Commission payouts are sent every month provided your commission (commission from the previous month) balance meets your selected minimum payout amount. The lowest minimum payout limit is $1 USD.
What methods can I select from to receive commissions?
We currently offer commissions payments by Alertpay.
What happens to unpaid commissions if I deactivate my membership?
All unpaid commissions (if any) are automatically forfeited if you deactivate your membership.
How do I make changes to my personal contact information?
Simply click the "Account Info" link from within your Back office.
How do I change my password?
This is also changed from within "Account Info". Scroll down to the section titled "Change Password".
How can I cancel my membership?
Just Cancel you AlertPay or PayPal subscription and you become "inactive member". After one month as "inactive member" your membership is canceled.
How do i know i´m an inactive member?
You know your account is inactive when you don´t pay the mambership and you can´t enter your back office with username or password.
How can i reactivate my account to a normal status (active member) to continue to earn commissions?
Just click the "reactivate member" on our home page and write your member email. Then you will be sent to the payment page. After payment your account becomes active again maintaining your previous downline.
How do I use redirect domain names?
When using a redirect service or domain name be sure not to direct it directly to your 3900income page.
It is better to direct it to a splash page or a blog or something of this sort then use your actual referral link within your splash page or blog. Redirects don't always give you complete credit, they are better used in the above manner.
Do i have to make a $6 donation every month in order to stay active?
No. It´s a subscription. The payments are automatic.
I´m a member but when i try to login to my account i see an Alertpay / PayPal Button. What does this means?
It means Alertpay / Paypal cannot take payment from your subscription or has not taken their payment yet and this happens depending on what time of the day it is. You should just check your alertpay / PayPal account status and confirm you have funds and wait until the end of the day to try again.
